What You’ll Do

  • Take ownership of multi-channel PPC advertising campaigns from idea to execution, establishing and exceeding conversion, acquisition cost, and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with leadership and agency partners to define and prioritize initiatives that support overall strategy, growth targets, and channel objectives.
  • Analyze performance metrics on a granular level to identify shifts in competition, areas of opportunity, and potential optimizations at all levels.
  • Report on KPIs in a way that clearly communicates performance, provides actionable insights, identifies opportunities, and clearly defines next steps.
  • Implement testing initiatives in key areas such as ad copy/creatives, landing pages, audience segmentation, placements, channels/networks, and third-party tools.
  • Work with attribution tools and the leadership team to plan and allocate budgets across top performing channels to maximize return on ad spend.
  • Manage relationships with outside agencies, acting as a main point of contact and project manager, ensuring we are properly resourced to best meet our business needs.

What You’ll Need

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in a full-time paid digital media role, agency and/or SaaS marketing experience a plus.
  • 4-year Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, statistics, analytics, or related field.
  • Proven track record of handling high campaign volume, large budgets, and complex strategies across paid search, display, and social channels (programmatic a plus).
  • Experience setting multi-channel strategies and measuring the effectiveness of such.
  • Experience with both standard and algorithm-assisted bidding models and a strong knowledge of associated best-practices.
  • Exceptional ability to analyze data in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, or other analytics platforms.
  • Proficiency with testing methodologies and reporting. A/B testing a must with other testing methodologies a plus.
  • A sense of ownership when building new campaigns, optimizations, and processes.
  • High proficiency in Excel (or comparable analysis tool) and Google Suite.
  • Capability to communicate complex ideas clearly to a non-technical audience.
