This person will have experience responding to chargebacks and affirmative steps to prevent them from happening in the first place. This position is all about taking ownership of the chargeback functions for a rapidly-scaling organization. You will be responsible for driving efforts to minimize chargebacks. This will include developing processes, investing in the right tools, and building a team to directly impact the bottom line. As such, you’re a self-starter, an analyzer, a problem solver, and a team player – someone who can think on their feet, who has an unwavering positive attitude, and who is comfortable taking the initiative in an energetic, fast-paced environment. You can multi-task and juggle between different tasks, all with the goal of improving the customer experience.
