About the Paid Social & Display Manager position

Swyft Filings is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Paid Social & Display Manager with experience in Audience-Based Advertising applications to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in paid social media advertising, particularly on platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok, as well as expertise in performance display advertising and emerging digital channels. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with data engineering teams and lifecycle teams to develop and optimize advertising models. A data-driven mindset is essential for this role, along with the ability to creatively oversee content production.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive audience-based advertising strategies across paid social media platforms (Meta, TikTok), performance display channels, and emerging digital platforms.

  • Oversee creative resources to ensure content is resonating with target audiences and establishing an always-on approach to creative testing.

  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to leverage data insights for audience segmentation, targeting, and optimization.

  • Work closely with lifecycle teams to develop and refine advertising models that align with overall marketing objectives.

  • Utilize a data-driven approach to optimize media spend and drive maximum return on investment (ROI).

  • Monitor advertising performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and platform updates to identify new opportunities for audience-based advertising.


What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in a full-time Paid Social Advertising role, preferably in fast-paced competitive industries.

  • Proven expertise in paid social media advertising, with hands-on experience managing campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok platforms.

  • Strong understanding of performance display advertising principles and best practices.

  • Familiarity with emerging digital advertising channels and platforms.

  • Comfortable working with data and analytics tools, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies. Proficiency in SQL is preferable.

  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on optimizing media spend and maximizing ROI.

  • Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative advertising solutions.
