Paid Social Campaign Manager (US- Remote)

This position will play a critical role in our fast growing performance marketing org and will work with cross functional teams to drive business growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop full-funnel campaign strategies that achieve evolving business objectives through paid social media opportunities across both prospecting and remarketing/retargeting. Taking ownership from inception through to execution, ensuring correct targeting, monitoring, and measurement of KPIs.
  • Analyze data to optimize existing campaigns, identify growth opportunities, allocate budgets and pacing, forecast performance, and develop new strategies that inform future decisions.
  • Perform daily management of paid social media campaigns including but not limited to: campaign launches, audience expansion/testing, bid management, creative launches, and other optimizations.
  • Guide the creation of social media advertising assets as a core optimization lever, utilizing data-driven insights across account performance alongside industry trends (e.g. UGC) and best practices.
  • Drive an iterative approach to campaign performance and creative testing. Designing, creating, and reporting on A/B and multivariate testing to drive meaningful improvements across KPIs.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, CRO, Paid Search, and Email Marketing to run tests that help drive improved campaign performance in lowering customer acquisition cost (CAC) and maximizing lifetime value (LTV).
  • Develop and deliver management reporting materials (reports and presentations) to Senior Management on a regular basis, communicating performance and future initiatives in a concise manner.

What You'll Need:

  • 4-year Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, statistics, analytics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of professional Paid Social experience, managing social media advertising campaigns that drive proven and predictable performance with a strong growth focus. A deep understanding of funnel strategy/intent based marketing, SaaS marketing principles, and experience managing large budgets is a must.
  • Candidate must have an in-depth understanding of paid social media advertising on platforms like Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, SnapChat, TikTok, Reddit, etc. - understanding targeting, audience segmentation/creation, bidding, and creative best practices to be able to make decisions based on such.
  • Hands-on Facebook Business & Ad Manager experience a must. Blueprint certification a plus.
  • Understanding of Facebook tracking and measurement through Facebook Pixels and Event Manager, and have a basic knowledge of digital media measurement and multi-channel attribution
  • Thorough understanding of paid social trends (UGC, Singal Based Marketing etc.), including recent updates, best practices, and knowledge of all of the levers available to effect change in performance.
  • Experience communicating effectively with creative and technical teams to develop and implement cohesive strategies for campaign execution.
  • A passion for marketing, an analytical and problem-solving mindset, and a strong creative eye.
  • Demonstrated quantitative skillset, with the ability to think creatively to decide testing methodologies and oversee optimization of campaigns to deliver results.
  • Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Advertising a plus.
