This product line uses software and technology to handle the bookkeeping function so that our customers can focus on other aspects of their business. The ideal candidate is a high energy, has experience with web-based technologies, is passionate about helping others, and excels with communication via phone, video call, and email.
What You'll Do
- Management of existing Swyft Filings outbound referral partnerships, including:
- Meeting with partner contacts on a recurring basis to strategize on how both sides can grow/optimize partnership
- Testing and optimizing GTM strategy of partnership
- Growing partnership revenue MoM, QoQ
- Tracking and reporting revenue for partnerships
- Overseeing billing/payout process for partnerships
- Working with department lead to develop and evolve outbound partnership strategy
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in business or business-related field
- 2-3 years of experience in client or partner-facing role
- Track record of meeting or surpassing role expectations
- Experience working with multiple clients/partners at once
- Proficient in verbal and written communication
- Experience managing referral partnerships
- Experience launching email marketing campaigns
- Experience working with SaaS companies
- Experience managing a sales/partnerships pipeline
